"Amounts

A kilo of veal or beef, cut into cubes

"Kebab dressing"

Juice of 2 large onions, drained from the "bagasse"

Half a cup of vinegar

Half a cup of oil

How to prepare

To make the marinade, chop all the previous ingredients in a blender and season the meat cubes with them for a period of no less than 4 hours. For more delicious taste, it is preferable to keep the meat in the cubes from the previous day before grilling.


Arrange the meat cubes on shish skewers with the cubes of onions and colored peppers, then grill on the charcoal grill, the electric grill, or even in the oven.
