Turkish pancakes
the ingredients:
1 cup warm water
1 cup warm milk
1 teaspoon fresh or powdered yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Half a cup of oil
5-6 cups of flour
How to prepare:
Mix the milk, sugar and yeast and leave it for a few minutes
Add the oil and salt, then gradually add the flour
Until we get a smooth dough, knead well on the counter for 5 to 10 minutes, cover and ferment for 30 to 40 minutes.
Molasses and toasted sesame
After fermenting the dough, cut it into medium pieces and spread it out, put the cheese in the middle, close it well, then dip it in molasses diluted with water and then with roasted sesame
Turn it upside down and explain from above
Arrange in a baking tray and leave for a few minutes, then enter the protected oven and bake, then serve with health and wellnes
