✔ Ingredients of the dough:

2 cups of warm milk

1 tea cup of oil

1 egg white

3 tablespoons of sugar

6 cups of flour

1 tablespoon of salt

1 packet of yeast

2 tablespoons of butter


✔Stuffing Ingredients:

250 gm of grated white cheese

1 tea cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped

✔Stuffing

In a bowl, we put the white cheese, mozzarella cheese, parsnip and bakdous, and we will be in a soft form, and we will stir them together, and this is how the filling will be prepared with us.


✔ Preparation method:

1- In a plate, put the warm milk, oil, egg whites and sugar and stir all the ingredients together, then gradually add the flour, salt and instant yeast and start kneading the ingredients until the dough begins to stick


2- Put the dough on the kneading table and start kneading it until it is ready. Then we will add butter in the center of the dough, which must be at room temperature and knead the dough one last time, then

Cover and let it ferment for 1 hour


3- We put it on the kneading table and start kneading it together, then cut it into equal pieces for 18 pieces


4- To form the pieces of pies, we will take the first piece of dough and start opening it with our hands and adding some of the filling that we prepared in it.


5- Then we will sugar the piece of dough in the shape of a roller and pay attention, we will sugar it from the sides until the filling does not come out of it, and we will limit the piece in the oven tray on the butter paper and continue in the same way until we get rid of all the quantity
